Preventing Paraphimosis
Paraphimosis occurs most commonly when the foreskin is retracted for urination, examination, or sexual activity and then not returned to its normal position. Men with phimosis (tight foreskin) are at higher risk. The prevention is to always return the foreskin to its normal position after retracting it.
