Communication Data: Records of calls, WhatsApp messages, and form submissions for quality and training purposes.

Usage Data: Pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location through cookies and analytics.

Referral Partner Data: If you register as a referral partner โ€” name, phone, city, and bank/UPI details for commission payments.

We do NOT collect Aadhaar numbers, PAN cards, financial account details, or government identification unless explicitly required and consented to.

Patient Facilitation (Primary Purpose): Our care managers call you to understand your medical requirements and connect you with suitable Healthcare Partners โ€” partner hospitals and doctors.

Appointment Booking: To facilitate booking of consultations and follow-up appointments at partner hospitals and with partner doctors.

Data Sharing with Healthcare Partners: Your name, phone, city, and general medical enquiry are shared with one or more Healthcare Partners to enable them to provide better treatment to you.

Service Improvement: To improve our platform, content, and care manager services using AI and technology.

Marketing Communications: With your consent, to send relevant health information and promotional messages. You may opt out at any time.

Call Recording: Calls with our care managers may be recorded for quality assurance and training. By continuing a call, you consent to recording.

Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable Indian laws including the DPDP Act, 2023 and IT Act, 2000.

5. Sharing of Your Data with Healthcare Partners

IMPORTANT โ€” DATA SHARING IS CORE TO OUR SERVICE:

When you interact with MySurgery and request a consultation or appointment, your personal data (name, phone number, city, and medical enquiry) is shared with one or more of our partner hospitals and partner doctors to facilitate your medical consultation and treatment.

This data sharing is: - Covered by your consent given at the time of interaction - Necessary for the service you have requested - Limited to Healthcare Partners who are bound by confidentiality obligations

We also share data with: - Technology Service Providers: MongoDB Atlas (database, India region), Twilio (communications), Google Analytics, Vercel (hosting) - Legal Authorities: If required by court order or government directive

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

You indemnify Gravity Labs from any claim arising from the data practices of Healthcare Partners with whom your data has been shared.

6. Your Rights under DPDP Act, 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023, you have the following rights:

Right to Access (Section 11): Request a summary of personal data processed by us and the purposes for which it is processed.

Right to Correction and Erasure (Section 12): Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, or erasure of data where the purpose of processing is no longer valid.
