We will process your request within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act, 2023.

What happens after you submit?
Within 3 daysOur Data Protection team reviews your request and sends an acknowledgement
Within 15 daysWe verify your identity and begin processing your request
Within 30 daysYour request is fully processed and you are notified of the outcome
Data DeletionAll your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems and our technology partners are notified
